Seven Cup Cake
Besan Flour – 1 Cup
Sugar – 3 Cups
Ghee – 1 Cup
Grated Coconut – 1 Cup
Boiled and cooled Milk – 1 Cup
Cardamom powder(Required Quantity).
Take a bandli / Kadai and drop all the above mentioned contents in to it.Take a plate to transfer the contents once the sweet is ready and apply ghee over it and keep it ready so that the you can transfer the contents directly.
Mix everything and keep it on the stove
Keep the stove in medium flame and start stirring the contents
Continuously so that the contents in the kadai doesn’t get burnt. Continue this process ti ll the contents become thick and doesn’t stick to the kadai. once the contents start becoming thick and transfer this into the plate which has ghee coating over it.
Once it gets cooled you can start cutting it to the shape of your choice and relish the sweet.
